We built a large-scale playable world — an urban environment rich with narrative details— created almost entirely through a hybrid process of AI-assisted asset generation and human-led art direction mostly in Blender and Unreal Engine.
The build contains over 12,000 objects, all stylistically cohesive, generated through the 404—GEN and refined through a curated pipeline. Our aim was not only to produce a game level but to demonstrate a new, accelerated method for world building where a tiny team can reach cinematic density in a fraction of the usual time.
